The owner of this business was the sweetest person! She helped me with everything. She is so kind! And just down right adorable. She was willing to do anything and everything to make the day perfect for me and I could not be happier! I even have a picture of her hiding behind me holding the dress tight so it fit around my body perfectly. She's dedicated! She put up with my needy family! And myself. She was so patient! I found my dream dress I highly recommend!!! it was an amazing day. I was there for hours! I made an appointment with her I was not a walk in! I just read some reviews on this business and if you see bad reviews please don't believe them because it's simply not true, I had a wonderful experience! I cannot thank Pickers enough for the amount of care, and compassion they showed me while picking out my Bridal dress. They are nicest people. I was surprised at the selection they had as well. Not only that but the price was very decent. I highly recommend them!! Thank you so much!!!❤️❤️❤️

I went in just looking for dresses and the staff was so polite and helpful to help find me the perfect dress for my big day! I had bought my prom dress from here and I know I needed to go there for my wedding dress! Staff was so amazing to help me find a dress! They had a huge selection to! It was super nice when I found the one and they were truly happy for me! So happy I said yes to the dress ❤️

From the second you walk in the door to the moment you walk out they make you feel at home, they were knowledgeable, helpful and all around amazing. They have a large inventory so its easy to.find something to suit your taste.

We went the other day to look for a flower girl dress for my daughter. The owner was so helpful and we found the perfect dress for my sister's wedding. I highly suggest looking here for any of your special occasion dresses. They have all sorts of deals going on.

So I went here last weekend with my mom to check out the selection of wedding dresses on sale for my upcoming wedding not expecting to find one my first time dress shopping but I DID. I had help from a woman named Ashley and she made my experience so great and fun. She was VERY accommodating making sure to help me with everything even picking out other gowns she thought I'd like to see every different material on myself. I tried on SO many dresses and she was there to help me the entire time with everything. Even adding fur shawls and different crowns and veils to get the best idea. I tried on what is Now my wedding dress at least 6 times and she laced me up with zero complaint or hesitation. I had the best experience getting my wedding dress and I couldn't recommend it more. They have a great selection still so if you're in need of a dress I recommend you try there first. Thanks so much to Ashley I have found my dream dress.

Thank you so much for a delightful experience for my daughter and her grandmother last night. Your staff treated her like a princess. Stayed an hour past closing, with no rushing, let her try on whatever she wanted.. I went to find a dress for my Senior Ball and I had an amazing experience. I was with my mom and my grandmother. We walked in and they greeted us and treated us so well. When I walked in and started looking, the employees were helpful from the start. Asking what I wanted and helping me get into the dresses. I ended up finding the perfect dress! Everyone there was super nice and I felt so confident. There was another girl trying on dresses and we were both complimenting back and forth about each other's dresses. The employees worked great between helping us both. I would 100% recommend going there!

I had a great experience here. Very nice, professional, and nice choices as well. 3 of my bridesmaids ended up coming here and we didn't have any problems. They also worked with me smoothly and gave me a discount on a veil. I recommend this place. They are also nice and allowed us to come and window shop which we all had to do for a bit before making a final decision to go with their dresses!

UPDATE: I went to two bridal shops in Syracuse, one I can't speak for since I didn't buy anything there. One I can speak for since I did business there. That consultant was nice, but extremely sales oriented and pushy, I felt pressure to buy things and it wasn't as great of an experience as pickers. I felt uncomfortable. If you don't like pushy consultants then check out Pickers, I never once felt uncomfortable or any pressure. Honesty is important to me and everything Ashley told me about altering was correct.

Don't overlook this local gem, it's worth making an appointment and stopping in to look at wedding dresses, prom dresses etc. What a great experience today . My consultant was Ashley. She was so sweet, down to earth, she didn't pressure me or push any dress on me. She respected my price range and looked for dresses within that range. After I tried on a couple she had figured out my style and taste and picked a couple more. I actually "picked" the first one I tried on. She was so helpful with all my alteration questions even though they don't do them there. She also gave me a list of seamstresses in the area. I asked a billion questions and not once was she snotty or annoyed. I couldn't ask for a better consultant. She told me they get dresses in frequently, so if I didn't find the one I could come back or they would call me. They also have the dresses pretty well separated by size, price and sale items, they had a lot of dresses and dress styles and it was fun to walk around and "pick" dresses I love. The detail on my dress and veil are both absolutely amazing for what I paid. I had that mentality that it would be hard to find a dress I loved at a price I could justify at a local shop, but I was wrong! So don't think you need to go to a big chain store to get a beautiful dress at a great price, go see for yourself. They also offer layaway and will hold your dress to the day of your wedding. I love supporting small, local businesses and I'm so glad I was able to find my dress at Pickers!

I went to pickers back in January. I had made my appointment online for bridal gowns. When I got there they did not have me listed, but still took me and treated me and my company amazing. Did not second guess me at all. My consultant was Lexi and she was wonderful. I told her from the beginning of the appointment that I was not looking to buy, I only wanted to see what there was. ( My first and only place I've gone to try on gowns) even though she knew I was not looking to buy she still took her time with me and treated me as if I was going to actually buy the most expensive dress there. And who would have thought I actually said yes to a gorgeous dress. Even though I found a dress I could not say no too. I was still not pressured to place a down payment right then and there, and I was told I could come try my dress on anytime I wanted. Lexi also let me know about all the bridal expos. My first experience was so good with Lexi that its making me want to not only buy my dress there but the bridesmaids dresses as well. I hope I am able to work with Lexi again.

The staff at Pickers was great throughout our whole wedding planning. My bridal party and other family members all went one day so I could try on wedding dresses and pick out bridesmaid dresses. We had such a great time at the store that day. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. My dress was beautiful and very reasonable. The girls dresses were also beautiful! Had to put in a second order for dresses and they came in time. The girls sizes of dresses got messed up, but our seamstress was able to fix them at a reasonable price. Thank the Lord. My mother ordered a dress as well that was beautiful. Overall, everything was great. Thanks!

I love to shop local and Pickers is outstanding. The ladies are so patient and my daughter's wedding gown is perfect! We went yesterday to try it on and nothing except a bustle and pressing has to be done. The dress came in when they said it would and after we take it to be pressed and the bustle made they will take it back and hang it so it doesn't wrinkle. It also saves me peace of mind.

Pickers is a hidden treasure. My bridesmaids purchased their dresses from there and I also purchased a dress for another occasion as well as a tux for my husband. The customer service is amazing and they really work with you on pricing. I recommend for sure!
